	What areas do your entertainers cover?
	The Party Belle entertainers will travel to Essex, London, Hertfordshire, South Bedfordshire, Middlesex, Surrey, Kent and East Sussex.

	How much will it cost to book a Party?
	This will depend on the amount of children attending your party and the type of entertainment you require. Please call for a quote on 07947 669849.

	Will I need to pay a deposit to secure my party booking?
	Yes you will need to pay a small deposit to secure your party.

	What happens if I decide to cancel my party after I have sent my deposit?
	Your deposit is non refundable.

	How do I make a party booking?
	Please call 07947 669849. We will be happy to discuss your requirements and help you organise your party or event.

	Do you have any references from previous parties?
	Yes, please visit our ‘quotes’ page where you will find lots of feedback from happy parents.

	How far in advance should I book my party?
	If you have a particular time and date in mind then it is advisable to book as far in advance as possible to avoid disappointment.

	Will the Party Belles do week day parties?
	Yes week day parties along with weekends are very popular.

	What time can I have my party?
	On week days we can do a party at anytime. Saturdays and Sundays we start morning parties at 10.30am and 11am, afternoon parties start at 3pm, 3.30pm and 4pm. Evening parties can start anytime from 6pm. If you have booked your venue outside of these times we will accommodate you where possible.

	How long are your parties?
	Our parties are for a minimum of 2 hours but if you require entertainment for a longer time period this can easily be arranged.

	Is it just one Party Belle entertainer per party?
	This depends on the amount of children you are inviting. You will require one Party Belle entertainer for up to 30 children. If you are expecting more than 30 children then you will need an additional Party Belle to entertain at your party. This is to ensure that you and your guests enjoy a well organised and fun party.

	Why do you have a maximum limit of 30 children per entertainer?
	Most of our parties are very active and involve lots of fun party props and through many years of experience we find that 30 children is the maximum limit that one entertainer can cater for at this type of party. Also we make all of the children balloon models and make sure that every child receives a glitter tattoo. If there are more than 30 children per entertainer then too much of the party time is taken up with these activities and we like to make sure that each and every party includes a wide variety of entertainment for the children to enjoy. Finally please try and imagine the noise level of more than 30 children and 30 adults in a hall! We like to make the party enjoyable, controlled and fun for everyone attending.

	Can I have Face Painting at my party?
	Yes we can provide you with one of our artistic face painters who will transform all the children into their favourite character, animal or superhero during your party. Please note that it is not possible for your Party Belle Entertainer to face paint unless there are under 10 children attending as this would take up too much time at your party.

	If I book a face painter, will this disrupt my party entertainment?
	Children just love face painting and we find that it is a great addition to any party. We would suggest that each child is given a numbered sticker at the beginning of the party to wear so that all children will know that they will not miss out.

	Can I have balloon modelling at my party?
	We incorporate balloon modelling within most of our parties. If you would like all the children to receive a 'Special' balloon sculpture then we can provide you with one of our skilful and creative specialist balloon modellers.

	Does the Party Belle entertainer need parking?
	Yes this is a must as all Party Belle entertainers have a lot of party props and equipment to unload and set up. Meter parking is fine in central London or busy areas as long as the time limit is at least three hours. Please note that when applicable parking and the congestion charge must be covered and paid directly to your entertainer.

	The venue I booked for my party or my address is difficult to find…… help!
	We always find that is extremely helpful when colourful balloons are tied at the entrance of a venue and also tied to the sign of the road that your party is situated on

	Do I get to speak to my Party Belle entertainer before the party?
	Your entertainer will call you the week of your party to introduce themselves and go through any questions you may have.

	Do I need to provide anything for my Party Belle entertainer?
	Your entertainer will need a table close to a double plug socket.

	What time will my Party Belle arrive to set up for my party?
	Your entertainer will arrive 20 – 30 minutes before your party to set up.

	Will the Party Belle entertainer bring the music and stereo?
	Yes your entertainer will bring a music system and a wide selection of party music.

	Is it okay to have balloons and balloon decoration at my party?
	Balloons are a fabulous way to decorate a hall or party venue. We suggest that they are tied to the party chairs, stuck to the wall or used as table decorations. However we find that balloons scattered all over the floor are not such a great idea! We supply very active entertainment and the children can trip or fall over the balloons. Also when the balloons are left on the floor the children love to stamp on them. Whilst some children love loud 'pops'....... Others don't. Often this will upset the little ones.

	Will my Party Belle entertainer be female?
	Yes, at our Party Belle themed children's parties, all of our Party Belle entertainers are female. Please note that at larger parties or corporate events specialist entertainers such as balloon modellers, jugglers and magicians can be male or female.

	Is there anything I need to remember on the day?
	Your party belle entertainer will require one table (the bigger the better), a chair and access to a double plug socket. Items that are often forgotten include matches or a lighter for the candles, extra tablecloths, bin bags, baby wipes, scissors, string and sellotape. If you have adults staying at your party then don’t forget the teabags, coffee, milk and sugar (many venues ask that you bring your own). Finally and most importantly..….. don’t forget the birthday boy or girl!!!

	Are your parties suitable when there is a mixed group of ages?
	Yes the Party Belles can adapt the entertainment to suit a variety of ages.

	I have lots of boys coming to may daughter’s party. Will they be catered for?
	Yes. We tailor all of the party entertainment to suit the children attending the party. We have specified which parties are suitable for a mixture of boys and girls on our Parties page

	What do I do if lots of the mums leave very little ones at the party?
	Make sure that you have paper and pen at hand to take down an emergency contact numbers from the parents as they drop their children off

	I have lots of children at my wedding. Can I have a Party Belle to entertain them?
	Yes we are often asked to entertain children at weddings, christenings, adult birthday parties and barmitzvahs. It is a great idea as it means that the children have fun and the adults can relax and enjoy the occasion.

	My child is very shy and I am not sure that they will cope being the centre of attention. Any advice?
	When booking your party please make sure that this is noted on your booking form. When your entertainer calls you to discuss the party, this is an opportunity to go through any concerns that you may have. When a child is very shy the entertainer will try and make friends with the birthday child before the guests arrive. Also if the child is very shy it may be an idea not to have all the parents staying at the party as this can sometimes make certain children feel very conscious.

	I have lots of adults staying at this party. Will this be okay?
	This is generally not a problem, however we suggest that you place seats and refreshments for the adults at the opposite end of the room to the entertainer as they can get rather noisy and this can be distracting to the children and the party. Also it may be worth considering if your venue is big enough for the adults to stay. When space is limited and the room is full of both children and adults, the noise from adults socialising can take over the party. At some venues they often have a small room or area off the main hall/room and this is an ideal place to gather the adults.

	Should I hire a hall or can I have the party at home?
	This will depend on the amount of children that you will be inviting to your party. Our parties are very active and include lots of high energy dancing and games so you will need to decide if you have enough space to hold the party at home.

	What should I look for when booking a venue?
	Always check the venue personally for cleanliness and space. Also check that they have the amount of tables and chairs that you require. Make sure that you will have access to the room at least 30 - 60 minutes before the party starts so that both you and the entertainer can get ready before your guests arrive. You will also need at least 30 minutes after your party to get everything cleaned and packed up. The room will need a double plug socket and a table for the entertainer. It is extremely important that there is easy and adequate parking for you and your guests. In our experience when a venue has limited or no parking many of the children and parents arrive late. Finally always get an emergency mobile number in case you turn up at the venue and it hasn’t been unlocked.

	I am thinking of hiring a crèche or playgroup for my party venue? Will this be okay?
	This can be the perfect venue for the little ones. Please be aware that during the main entertainment it is advisable that all toys are packed away out of view so they are not a distraction or safety hazard.

	We are thinking of hiring a bouncy castle. Would you recommend this?
	The majority of children seem to like bouncy castles and this can be a great addition to a party as long as you have enough space for the entertainer and the bouncy castle. We suggest that you let the bouncy castle down during the main entertainment because they can be very noisy and a distraction.
